Victim Services of Middlesex-London

Victim Services of Middlesex-London is a non-profit charitable organization dedicated to supporting victims of crime and/or tragic circumstance by providing emotional support, practical assistance and access to programs and services. Our focus is on restoring and enhancing victims’ quality of life and preventing re-victimization through collaboration and cooperation with police and emergency service personnel.

What We Do

VICTIM CRISIS ASSISTANCE ONTARIO (VCAO)
The Victim Crisis Assistance Ontario (VCAO) program provides immediate, on-site services to victims of crime 24 hours a day, seven days a week. With a victim’s consent, police arrange for VCAO staff and/or specially trained responders to provide on- site, short-term assistance to victims, and make referrals to community agencies for long-term assistance.
VICTIM QUICK RESPONSE PROGRAM (VQRP)
VQRP offers immediate assistance to provide limited financial support to victims of violent crimes that include homicide, serious physical assault, domestic violence, sexual assault, hate crimes, criminal harassment and child abuse.

How We Help

Crisis Responders are available immediately to respond to requests for assistance from police officers,
emergency service providers, or self-referrals by attending on-site or by telephone.
